With the advent of the digital format, projects only dreamed of in the darkroom, can now be accomplished.
The Panorama Fine Art images are digitally stitched images, that in some cases can be printed as large as 120" long (at 300ppi.)
Using PTGUI as a stitching program, I can create panorama photographs that finally capture the full view I am looking for.
The "chipped" images are created by only photographing the parts of the image I find interesting and important to the scene. Sometimes the scene lends itself to the traditional cropping, and I am fine with it, but other times, the edges have to be there.
The cutout effect is generally printed on a white background with a dropped shadow effect to pop the image off the page.
Usually the images can be printed to at least 30" long. Most can go more.
